City of Loveland, Colorado Fire & Administration Building, Loveland Colorado.

Project Architect/Designer/Manager for building renovation for the City of Loveland, Colorado. Approximately 20,00 square feet of the 1960's era 30,000 square foot City of Loveland Public Safety Building was renovated as the City of Loveland Fire & Administration Building. At bid time, the construction bids came in $300,000 under the project construction budget of $1,300,000. This project was featured in the Spring 2004 issue of "Architecture & Engineering Quarterly", and won an "Ace Award" in the construction industry for Heath Construction, 2004.
